Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items), we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, customer satisfaction remains our priority.

1. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during transit
  • Leakage or packaging defect
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product missing from the order

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

2. How to Raise a Request

To initiate a claim:

  1. Email us at theorganictreedehradun@gmail.com
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Share clear photographs of:
  • Outer packaging
  • Inner packaging
  • Damaged product

Failure to provide required evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

3. Verification & Resolution

  • Once verified, we may offer a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Minor variations in texture, color, or grain formation (natural in cultured ghee)
  • Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
